Frequently asked questions
Payments are required to confirm your order. Orders under $100 are required in FULL.
Orders over $100 can be split 50% down deposit and the remainder is due BEFORE pickup. I can not bake without the dough (pun intended).
There is no refund policy after you’ve paid and booked your order. Payment also secures your pickup date.
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often directed by ingredient cost, labor and design details. Don’t worry though, your pricing won’t change once you’ve placed your order.
As usual, there is a 50% down deposit made for all orders that are over $75. By booking with us, you understand there is a risk of cancelling your order due to Covid or other reasonings and that we are not responsible for a refund. If your event has to be cancelled due to Covid, we can offer a 25% credit of the down deposit for the same order for a different date. The other 25% of the down deposit is unfortunately non-refundable.
Yes! We do offer some flavors in cookies, cakes & cupcakes to be gluten-free for you! We do always tell everyone though that our kitchen is not a nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free kitchen but I can make accommodations for orders. Just know that there is still a slight chance for cross contamination.
All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option with an additional fee starting at $15. Pickup dates and times are discussed during the consultation.
All wedding orders come with an optional delivery and set-up fee. These prices vary depending on order size and location. There’s no need to stress on your special day, let me ensure the perfect set up for your sweet treats.
The Cottage Food Law means that all Frontier Hippie goodies are made in a home kitchen, not required to have a food inspection by local or state health departments. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free. I can make accommodations for orders but know there is still a slight chance for cross contamination.
